Eh, I don't like [i]overly[/i] happy people. It makes me want to slap them but I mostly keep it to myself.

The normal happy is alright by me.

It's that 10% of society who are the reason everything is so regulated....the ones they have to go out of their way to write additional rules for. Those others aren't happy if everyone else is.
