Today, wisdom is almost scorned because so many propose a different view of what we have accepted for thousands of years. They expect to be listened to, like little children who learn something new from reading a picture book, and if you don't agree with them you are suspicious!
The world is less wise and plummeting towards another great conflagration, where in lives will be lost, and civilisation set back a few hundred years as has so often been the same in the past. Each time we go to step forward some old animosities pull us off in a tangent and the human family is changed.
I put no faith in the modern society which goes out of its way to be affected by these people who act like children and I look to the lead of Mother Church and the Holy Scriptures for sense and wisdom in the face of the apparent satanic forces moving among the people around the world. Yes, that makes me sound like a crackpot, but at least my clay feet haven't been broken and I teeter on the precipice in my reasonings.
