It's been 3 days since I was fully terminated

I walked away from my full-time job for about 2 months now since I'm having health issues and I only depend on my part time job for 2 years. Then the HR PMed me with a termination letter out of the blue. I asked them a bit, but didn't give me clear answers.

I tried to apply for a jew job, passed the assessments and exams, but never heard again or fail on the final interview, always. Now, I don't really know what to do. I feel stressed and my head is aching.
