Advice for people in their 20’s - 40’s

Enjoy every day you can because trust me, you may not be able to grasp the thought, but you turn around and you are 70!
The best time of your life may be having children, mine absolutely were, but those years truly fly by. So enjoy each day you can. You’re welcome.

This is such a meaningful reminder. When you’re in the middle of life, it feels endless, but time has a way of slipping through our fingers quietly. One day you look back and realize how quickly the years passed. Moments that once felt ordinary become priceless memories. Thank you for sharing this perspective—it really makes you pause and appreciate today a little more.

It literally feels like last week that I was 30 years old with my whole life barely started. Luckily I have amazing memories and many happy and exciting experiences to reflect on. It’s just easier to live each day at 70 than it was at 30. Now I have no choice! Have a great day.

@Movingthegoalpost stay strong and try and make the changes you need. Although it goes fast, you still have time. My life really got started in my mid 30’s. Good luck.

@4thdimensiondream Eh people say that but I think especially for this timeline I don't. I'm not saying in general 30's is old. I'm mature enough to know 40's isn't even old, especially visually, if you took care of yourself physically but once you hit your 30's, starting from scratch which is where I am at is borderline impossible (not completely which is why I'm still trying don't get me wrong) but yeah, everyone expects you to have your stuff together by now. So in terms of having time, I know that I really don't. I feel the sense of urgency by the second. If I don't think like that, I will just fall behind again. So in a way you're right I do have time technically on paper, but the world's only getting more difficult with time, cost of living, friendships, relationships are all not where it used to be, no matter what age you are. So you add being in your 30's on top of that, it's fucked.....Either way, godspeed for all of us!
