If I opened my own food truck I would specialize in comfort food I think

Soups, stews, roasted chicken and Turkey sandwiches. Probably serve up Scandinavian food to give a nod to my mom. I don't know just rambling over here.

I love that idea. If you make them extra tasty they will sell out. I’ve thought that a soup and muffin food truck would be great. Chili, Chicken Noodle, Chicken & Dumplings, Tomato-Basil, Beef Stew, etc.
