The last day of May 2025 marks a new development
As I constantly change, it is merely alive, a thing which once a definite thing is said about it, changes because it is moving, it can't be true whatever is said .... but anyways what today signifies is the need to watch films every single night when it is dark that I'm awake. After too long of not properly watching films and from making superficial use of them where total undivided attention is given to them, there shall be a whole day's worth of viewing, there to be at least one day like this per month.
Cinema is or was very dear to me, i've estranged myself from it's charms for such a long time, and have made many feeble attempts to recapture the magic.
I can never be like other film fans, from 2004 to 2011 I was all alone in my film loves, it spoke peculiarly to me, they can speak a truth beyond words, in how humans relate to each other, and purely abstract visual configurations.
I look forward to taking pics of my film collection during this 24 hour escapade, to offset the unwanted sunlight I keep my Chromebook open with dimmed light, if what I share interests anyone and you want to share your views like
"Your tastes suck man"
and
"You're the most boring man around here with the most boring movie collection ever"
That'd be much appreciated, because it'll reaffirm to my point above, that i'm not like anyone else, and if I am, I'd rather not know about it, because I'd have to change, oh the placid unchanging art of the kino, and how we who are in flux can find new things from it as we see it differently throughout our lives.
