What would you do if you didn't care what anyone thought?

I'd act like a child in public, skipping whenever feeling like it, climbing random things, doing all the weird body movements that my body asks me to but I would look like a madman if I did them whenever I feel the urge, I'd express my emotions freely, cry when I feel like it, laugh out loud without any explanation if I remember something funny, I'd randomly sing or dance...
Maybe I'd act entitled and rude because I wouldn't have a filter and probably also no sense of self-preservation. I'd annoyingly tell people that they smell bad or to stop smack with their mouths..

If I think about it, someone who truly doesn't care what people think might not even live that long because they would have diminished sense of self-preservation as well. Sooner or later they would come across someone violent who wouldn't tolerate the behaviour, possible verbal insults and being a nuisance to the others for doing whatever they want to with no regard to others.

I'm pretty in touch with my inner child, but I'd probably say more of the silly things that pop in my head. Sometimes I do but it doesn't go over well
