@Thereyouare no I usually take Aleve or Ibuprofen. I also use a cream called Volteran when it is bad, it’s over the counter now. Merry Christmas to you as well!

Doing sports and construction killed my knees fast. Plus in 1995 I damaged my knee by falling off a two story roof.

No fall protection requirements back then
