I miss the way I used to be. My thought process was much more positive and I used to look forward to the next day.

There are MANY people who go through this and so did i. time goes on so did i.
The biggest advice is too just make changes, little changes and see the good in everything.
Try to journal. So you can see the situation from all around.
Try to reach out to people who go through this. For example search about your problem on YouTube. I'm sure you'll find a proper video.
There is always going to be chaos in your life. Just make sure inside your mind everything is in peace.
I used to wake up refreshed and looking forward to the day and now I'm like oh god. Same thing, day in and day out.
