Food for thought for those who are game

A mother and father can make a baby together.

A mother can make a baby without the father's consent.

A father can make a baby without the mother's consent.

Both can consent.

If a mother wants to opt out of motherhood, be it forced or not, she is granted the right to relieve herself of responsibility and taking care of the child. Her body, health, time (9 long months and two years of weaning), and nutrients is a resource. Her body, her choice.

If a father wants to opt out of fatherhood, do you believe in his body, his choice? He works and spends time and effort for money. Is it his time, his choice? His life his choice? Does he also deserve the right to relieve himself of responsibility? 🤔

And for the few special cases where the mother will pay alimony and support, they are recognized and accounted for and you can address them separately.

What are your honest thoughts? In particular, I want pro-choice people to explain.

The more people dive into the selfish black hole of irresponsibility.. the more i see the value in traditional values

@SStarfish agreed. It just makes sense that the baby doesn't pay the price for something they haven't done and that both parents are not selfish

Do you mean in the case where a woman does not want to become a mother and she can have an abortion?

@PepsiColaP thank you. If you don't mind me prodding a bit further, does life change the situation? 👀

Besides my personal stance that might leak in (that life is precious), do you think when that baby becomes a life that the choices that can be made differ? Or do you seem solid on parents being able to opt out after birth too?

No need to engage, I'm just drowsy and tryna ask anything that comes to mind out of curiosity 😅
@Iwantyourhotwife yeah the situation changes .
@PepsiColaP but the choice should still be held

@SW-User I want to thank you for participating, by the way 😁
It is commendable to want to even peep at a question like this

@Iwantyourhotwife Well everyone has the right to walk away from anything.

The morals, or the right and wrong of it, however, are another story.

@SW-User cool. If anyone does get into morals, I intend to stir the pot 😈
