Why does everything have soy in it these days?

They’ll say to increase the protein level but it is messing with hormones increasing estrogen in those who consume it, not good at all for men & boys.

I saw some macaroni and cheese at work it says made with bioengineered food products. That just sounds unhealthy

The US government subsidizes the production of soy, which makes it incredibly cheap, so food companies opt for cheaper ingredients in order to maximize their profits.
