looking older and older way before your time

do you know anyone this has happened to? i'm in my late 40s now and think this has happened to me because of life stress, even though my elderly parents always tell me i look well for my age and don't look my age.

@Wiseacre yes i believe them, it's just i have self doubt at times, i struggle with that body dismorphic disorder, where you see yourself in distorted ways at times in the mirror.
