do you know anyone this has happened to? i'm in my late 40s now and think this has happened to me because of life stress, even though my elderly parents always tell me i look well for my age and don't look my age.

I've known a few people who do look older than they should but mainly it's because they lived hard and did drugs or heavy drinking. It can age you pretty badly.
