In what 3 ways are you accepting getting older gracefully? If not, why not? Geez. Time flies by so fast. Days off work even faster. Working all

weekend. Schedule changed. Happy weekend all. You cannot stop aging, You just must adapt.

Being retired and alone after losing Vickie there's nothing graceful about how I'm aging. Everyday is a weekend for me with no one to share it with. Sharing some humor here and getting into a senseless political fight is the height of the day for me along with caring for and having one sided conversations with our pets.
@Gibbon I think she would want you to go on and to live happily. Don't you? Do you go out and take walks? Nature is free therapy. You will likely get ill with depression if you don't start taking better care of yourself. At least you have pets. They are family. Take care.

@PoetryNEmotion It's complicated. I had a stroke and miraculous recovery 6 weeks to the day after her passing. The being layed up with illness above the grief and the existing untreatable congestion began then. I admit being sedentary has taken its toll. But both of us became that way because of the pandemic. That was a 3 year head start on the downfall.
@Gibbon If you don't take care of you, medical problems will force you to. You have to move on, literally and figuratively. Sitting around only causes more healh problems. Tske responsibility for your role in all this. You could join a bereavement group. Make new friends. Or you will die, unhappy and even more ill. You have choices. Choose wisely.
