Marriage? Yes or no?

Do you still believe in marriage? What about if you are older, have been married and divorced? Do you see the need to do it again? And why?

Don't even believe marriage should be government sponsored.

Keep government out of it, as long as it's of legal age.

Marriage is a religious preference which government has no place.

@Mbingh01 Thank you for the BC.

@DeWayfarer Agreed. Why should someone need a marriage license? So the state can get its paws into it.
I know lots of people who got married and weren't religious. I got married at a court house and I'm not religious. I don't even believe in god most of the time. It's a legal concept and a show. @DeWayfarer

@Spoiledbrat sorry I won't start both a political as well as a religious debate on someone's else's "Inspirational" post.

My comment is just my opinion. As well was for the OP.

Actually I was totally surprised I was given the BC, since most of my opinions are non traditional. Marriage is such a tradition I believe is in serious need of rethinking.

Again this is my own belief. Others will believe whatever they wish.
@DeWayfarer It's just something people do to make it official. That's all I really wanted to say. I don't want to "debate" anything.

@Spoiledbrat it's far, far more than that, yet this is not the place to say why.
@DeWayfarer I don't understand why it's not the place. Isn't the topic following post? But it's fine, we don't have to talk about it. It's getting late for me anyway. I have no hard feelings.

@Spoiledbrat answer is simple. This is group is neither a political nor religious group. So far from either that it would be off topic.
