Ok..You'll be just fine. Its not all that abnormal to grow a 3rd nipple. It's not common but not unheard of. Only difference is where yours is growing. Typically not on the forehead like yours.. You do have a couple choices. Could grow your hair out to cover it up or have it surgically removed.
