Not since I realized many or most of them were buying booze or drugs with the money. I've spent the necessary time to find out where in town they can get help and even have cards from a couple of the places that I offer.
Usually, they don't want the cards and sometimes get angry... which proves to me that I'm right.

@Ontheroad The police have warned about giving money here. They have to deal with them after they get drunk or high and it’s every day. They can get food and meals for free, donations of just about anything they really need to sustain themselves.
