Do you give money to the homeless every time you see them, sometimes or never ?

@BritishFailedAesthetic Police are also advising against handing over money as well. Many are just transients traveling around to where ever they can mooch the most from. And a good part of them are drug addicts or alcoholics. Get them juiced up by handing over money and then the police have to deal with them….and some police have been physically attacked as a result.

@cherokeepatti I know, I can always tell a genuine homeless person by seeing their reaction when I ask them for food.
