I Want to Make a Difference In the World

In the end i think meaning is subjective, and it's really about finding your meaning and your values. Having a lasting impact on the future does matter a great deal, and is worth pursuing, even if it's a very hard thing to do, for me at least :)

Its not so hard.. Remember the butterfly effect. Focus on those around you and make a difference where you can. Something as simple as raising a child right can be all it takes.

@whowasthatmaskedman i agree with that, but i also think it depends on the person, for some people that would be the meaning they are looking for. In my case i would need something else as well, not that it's better or worse, just different imo.

@Axelerator You want a monument that says. "I was here."🤔

@whowasthatmaskedman I can see why'd you'd think that, it's not so much that really. i would like to leave the world in a better state if that makes sense, knowing that people will be able to accomplish more things and learn more in the future, having had an impact on that would be something worth pursuing.

@Axelerator Then acting locally is still your best option. But pick a cause and start a program that may outlive you.
@whowasthatmaskedman Evil travels by butterfly effect just as well, if not more effectively than good. First the majority would have to decide to live for a higher purpose than ownership and materialism. Another great depression is coming, when currency will have no value. The people who once made a living off of the work or money of others will perish as they have no goods or services to barter.
