@Musicman I like my shorts and sandals too. I like turning the AC off as well and throwing a log on the fire here and there too. It really is nice coming into a woodstove heated home after walking in from the woods sitting on a dear stand at dark.

@WillaKissing Yes it is! I still remember deer hunting. One thing I remember vividly is that it was never warm. Lol!!! 🥶

@WillaKissing So when did hunting season start and how have you made out this year?

@Musicman It started bow hunting season in September 29. I did not get out until mid-October because I went to Georgia to help a friend and his wife to start their new home build. Been out quite often since and I and going again tomorrow morning seen plenty just not the one I want yet.

@WillaKissing You are definitely a good person. Not many people would drive to a different state just to help friends start building a house.

@Musicman Thank you. When I make a friend a true-life long friend then there is nothing I would not try and do for them.

My father always said be careful of what you say and promise to others to think before you speak.
That if you promise someone something then you better carry out that promise no matter what is cost you.

Thise have always stuck with me to my core. So, I think before I speak, and when I do speak I am ready to back up what I spoke.
