Here's a who gives a shit announcement...

Doctors office called and said all my blood work came back good. My hep C is cured. I did the chemo for that in 2001. I told him I never get sick. So why did he give me an antidepressant? I didn't ask or even mention the word. I think he's getting a little something extra under the Christmas tree from that company

Antidepressant now for chemo from 2001? I’ve seen concomitant prescribing with antidepressants and chemo, however, not without feedback from the patient or signs of depression.

@Jinxie no it has nothing to do with my treatment twenty years ago. He just out of the blue prescribed it. I never use the word depression when talking of myself. I'm just lucky that way. I get the boys sometimes like losing a girlfriend or string of bad luck but I don't consider that depression. I call it signing the blues and I expect it to pass and it does. So I don't know where that came from. His prescription that is. Maybe I talked about my home life and that would make anyone boo hoo lol but I accept my part and try to help get it unfkd. I ain't real good at the psych part lol.
