Some Encouragement
One of my personal training clients is a foreign exchange student from Italy, who I began training a few months ago. She's so enthusiastic and dedicated.
Shed told me that she wanted a stronger upper body. While training her yesterday, and since she wore a tank top, I noticed her traps were more defined and her shoulders were rounder. So, at the end of the session, I used her camera and took some pictures of her in a double biceps pose.
She was surprised and elated to see what we've done with her. I also got her to love the Incline Bench Press!
I needed that with all the things happening right now in my personal life.
