Automotive care and diagnosis
Or
Firearm safety maintenance and self defense
Unfortunately i don't have the qualifications to be a teacher at any level. And those are 2 subjects no school in my area will actually teach.
This is a great hypothetical being proposed and honestly i love the idea.

@Ozuye502 You would need to be certified to teach that but had a brother in law that did it for a non school class in the 70’s. He was a deer hunter

@cherokeepatti certified mechanic
Range master and gun smith
But to become a certified teacher where i live is extremely difficult. Actually its the only state where a teaching certification is accepted basically nationwide.
I do teach the firearm stuff at my friend's range

@Ozuye502 talking about guest teaching a class with a subject you are specialized in. Don’t have to be a certified teacher for that. They do at a small private school here where the boy attended for 3 years. Parents and others would be invited to share their knowledge. I believe I heard of a school in Florida that had a gun safety class. It could be an elective, nobody forced to attend it.
