The slogan Black Lives Matter is meant to bring your attention to the fact that since the first Blacks were brought to the United States in slaves ships, Black have been systematically discriminated against in this country. That this discrimination isn't just the opinion of some individuals but has been written into law and allowed to continue as public policy whether official or not.
If whites were routinely stopped by police, denied promotions, murdered without consequences there would be rioting in the streets.
The past is not the past when it dictates the attitudes of the present.
No one is implying that all lives don't matter, just pleading with you to recognize that black lives matter

@koos19 the fact is in 2019 370 white people were killed by police and 235 blacks were. and ironically it was not an election year so not one of the 235 blacks caused a protest but since 2004 more whites are killed by police than blacks every year we heard about fergeson in 2014 in august just before mid terms then charolette in 2016 just before the elections no this one in non election years i guess it does not matter as much
@CHARMAINE Easier said than done. One example: the middle class was essentially created by the GI bill following WWII that funneled cheap mortgages to returning GIs. Wealth was instantly created as returning vets bought houses. Banking laws at the time didn't prohibit discrimination and blacks were essentially, and knowingly, excluded in the instant creation of wealth.
@marybmom Okay, we can play the stats game. Blacks are about 13% of the US population and whites in the low 70% range. So for those numbers to be compatible there would have been around 1,200 whites killed by police Thing that would've been an issue? Almost 4 white people being killed by police every day.

@marybmom I dont' care about facts. We have choices in life.
Stop and look what happen after the fact.
Murder happens everyday.
Turn it around, who do you think would get more attention then? Black cop or dead white man. And Im not
Against any color.
It just BS to me,
Drama to get attention.
Draw attention away from
What really was going on in the world.
But to each his own.
If they perfer to live loke that. So be it.
Im still moving on living my life.

@marybmom well you let me know.
When you fine out.
But again. I think it was attention. Media drawed more drama.
This has been going on for generations. We are all human, bleed the same color blood, feel same kind of pain if shot or stabbed, fuck the color
And all about rights and wrong.
If I was there and im white and saw what I saw. Would have kicked the offeecier and reported him before the guy died. I didn't see anyone trying to save anyone then, why. Cause afraid to stand out and protect a life when something wrong and you know it.
