All those are wrong. Here's an actual small help guide.

1. Embracing Possibilities: This requires being open to trying new things by moving past fear. Imo, acknowledge fear and prioritise that which is above it. Like spending time with a friend, doing new things. Or doing new things to find a social group.

2. Boosting Resilience: Resilience is built through hardship, not positivity. Try repetitive training and learning, that's a hardship.

3. Enhancing Relationships: Relationships are built through weathering difficulty, communicating well and playing.

4. Improving Health: Depression and mental illness manifests in physical health. There are a number of treatments for it, none of which should involve positive thinking. They involve introspection, root cause analysis but mostly just talking and supportive people.

5. Encouraging Growth: Growth requires being open to being wrong and self-correcting. It requires moving past mistakes and accepting yourself as you are or as you were before a change and the mistakes you made.

Positivity is a great way to wall yourself off from reality and not accept it. Reality will eventually come and kick your wall down and beat you with the bricks.
