I had two colleagues who were hardworking and showed very good results in the warehouse. We had a lot of good times and laughed at work. We worked very well as a team. Unfortunately, the manager had ended her and her boyfriend's agency contract because she was passing out twice at work. Their initials are A and L.
They weren't permanent. I had a permanent contract on probation.
The managers also ended my contract because I injured myself while working in the warehouse. They didn't ask the supervisors before they got rid of someone.
But I am really happy that I have left the company. I will request the company to delete all my data from their files because they have 100 Distribution centres across the country.
It isn't difficult to manage people. If I was the manager I would ask A to sit in the office for a week to help with small tasks such as photocopying, laminating, picking up the phone calls etc. I would ask the supervisors before I ended someone's contract because they were working close to A & L.
We had a 45 mins to 55 mins break. I would tell A to take a 5 to 10 mins break every 1 hour if she felt too hot or unwell. She didn't need to wait 2 - 3 hours to get a break.
I wish to open my own business. I am fed up with working for companies.They are toxic and treat me unfairly. I don't treat people badly except that they are lazy and unproductive. I don't understand why hardworking people have been treated badly in a toxic company. I can see that my talent and skills will not be improved by working for people.

I have a bridal hair and makeup certificate. I love to make crafts, I like to embellish my shoes and clothes. My design will be distinctive to other fashion clothes because it will be hand stitched. I can start to sell online before I buy a shop.
I plan to buy a shop rather than a flat. I don't want to start my business in the UK because the tax is ridiculous and business costs are very high. I can start a business from £100 in Asia and I will only pay 0 to 10% tax for a small business.
