@DarkHeaven True. But what if he doesn't want a baby because he claims to have been a bad dad to his other kids and she has no kids?

@Lichocolati he still gets a choice on something that affects them both. If she doesn’t like his choice then perhaps they aren’t a good fit and she should find someone else, more in line with her priorities and goals.
