What's wrong with being ugly?

People freak if you call yourself ugly. It's assumed it's coming from a place of low self esteem. But who hasn't been called ugly? Unless you're absolutely gorgeous, nobody calls you beautiful. Anyway, beauty is marketed and sold for profit. Ugly is real.
