I feel unconfident, unlovable and ugly

I know it just seems like I am looking for reassurance.

However, I just want this feeling to go away because I know I don't always feel this way about myself.

I don’t see that at all.

You’re beautiful, loveable, smart, creative, empathetic and so many other things.

You couldn’t count on your parents as a child so you had no strong foundation for your self worth.

I understand this completely. I wish you could see what we see @caccoon.
