Does Slovakia have birthright citizenship?

Under the Citizenship Act, Slovak citizenship can be acquired by birth, adoption or grant (naturalization). A child is a citizen upon birth if one or both parents is a Slovak citizen.
@KiwiBird Dual citizenship was forbidden from 2010 to 2022. Now it's only allowed under certain conditions so if someone wants Slovak citizenship back, they have to apply for it and prove they have lived in the second country of which they have citizenship for at least 5 years, you don't have to have citizenship just because you were born in the country.
