what does 'health passports' mean

i heard the world governments are going ahead with health passports, but it is unclear what it will mean for the average person...is anyone worried? it sounds very new world orderish to me.

Unless you're traveling a lot, but i never travel. Well I've never traveled intercontinental, and I think that's where the passport thing will matter.

I don't even have a passport so doesn't really bother me any.
