For those who grew up with sibilings of opposite gender did it help learn how to communicate better with the opposite gender? (In in general as romantic relationships carry much higher emotional burden and expectations of being loved unconditionally, when in reality it is just not possible).

I’m not really sure how accurate that video is though. Do all women feel like that or is it just the sensitive ones? I truly don’t feel like that. I don’t feel like I’m crushed when I’m criticized because I was taught to take criticism constructively and to welcome it to make me a better person.

Not really. I didn't get interested in the differences until I was grown. Besides, my family is on a wide spectrum as far as differences between sexes go
