This is a great question that has crossed most people's minds. It is a baffling thought that doesn't get much deeper attention because it requires effort to examine.
You being you and not somebody else is also a pointless question at the objective level. It is similar to asking "Why is A = A and not B?"
However, the fact that this question surfaces is a curious matter worthwhile examining. The investigation cannot be carried out using the objective method. It must be done reflectively.
