Can anyone help me with Google Adsense? I'm still new to this

I'm asking because an email came today and said that I need to verify my identity (because I recently got monetized on YouTube back on Feb. 4th). I filled out the necessary information to verify, which needed a state ID, real name, address, etc. It didn't take long until I got an email again today saying that it was successful. But there's another problem. Even though it was "successful", my account is somehow temporarily suspended because some info couldn't be verified. I don't know what to do, but can y'all help? Could it be the tax info not being filled out? Maybe I gotta redo the steps? I'm trying to maintain my account so that I can get paid....
