imagine a large factory or 6 level building sitting empty for decades.

the area is booming, yet someone is paying tax and there is no return on investment.
i keep thinking mountain climbing wall, shooting\archery range, nightclub, movie theater, bowling alley, skating rink, luxury lofts, low income housing, retirement community. sadly im just an idea person 🤔

There are a bunch of building that have toxic contamination or asbestos or structural issues that would need to be fixed before the building can be used or even torn down. Sometimes it’s less expensive to pay taxes on a property than it would be to fix the problems 🤷‍♂
