I think if things are bad enough that being actually sick is preferable to whatever you're avoiding, then there are some other issues that need to be addressed. I know cause I have felt that way.

@Wateribbon Communication is key. I got sick cause I guess mold was on whatever dishes it was on. I vomited twice but had diarrhoea for 2 weeks! 0 out of 10 stars, would not recommend.
