How do you motivate yourself to clean ?

Yes . We were never made by nature to take care of ourselves but made by nature to take care of others. Reason why our eyes can see all of others but nothing much of ourselves. We are in a bad social system that makes us take care of ourselves. And we were meant to be in a company of family or friends or colleagues, but the economy has forced us all to live alone. So find a friend and get into an arrangement where you clean her room and she cleans yours. Both of you will do great and stay clean for we don't procrastinate when we take it as a task and responsibility.

If you don't like cleaning fair enough just find a partner that does and jobs a good one, lolz.🤷🏼😅

I just get annoyed with the mess when it's too much and feels nice to organize...

I dislike of a messy house exceeds my dislike for cleaning.

You don't clean for others, but for yourself. Imagine your home in tip top condition.. wouldn't it cheer you up? Feel that you want to get there... put some music on, don't think, just start, one by one.. and it will be easier. Reward yourself with some good self quality time aftet and if you want, invite a friend over! If it is a super close friend, clean together!

Certain stuff is essential like breathing. Besides, when none visits, then keep the chore for alternate days, if you are too occupied.

It does matter...no one wants to live in squalor

Turn the shower in and move casually underneath the water flow, see if that motivates you towards the soap.

I feel depressed when a mess is around me.
I can't think clearly or be motivated to pursue the art I enjoy doing.

Reward yourself for doing a good job cleaning after you are done cleaning. 👍🙂

For me, it's automatic, I just go ahead and do it.
