That's what my father used to do. He traveled for the government for a very long time after WWII and the Korean War, and then he took a job as a professor of World Regional Geography at a local college and was able to write off at least one trip a year as long as it was a "field trip".

I can see it.. sugar daddy sounds like the ticket. They are out there, you might be surprised where they might be lurking.. you could even land a decent looking one.. sure min will be 10 years older, probably more between 15-20 years older but definitely you could find one you thought was still attractive. Your art and your level of refinement, do to your upper class up bringing, will do wonders for upping the pool of those to choose from. But some compromises will need to be made. You can't be roo idealistic.
