in other words he is complaining that he lost his job due to some other worker's false complaints against him a particular unqualified worker who kisses ass and who doesn't do his job but rather some other guy does all his work and he takes credit for it.. he said these types of people are making the workplace miserable for others and the guy cheats on his wife with a bunch of other girls.. the writer is asking assistance from the other employees to out this guy who i guess only got the job because of family connections (which if so would make him harder to remove if even possible) but he is ruining the company none the less according to the writer by his uselessness and targeted slander and backstabbing and resulted firing of actual workers like himself.. therefore he is mad and wrote this long complaint
