I have red plenty of reviews and rates of mailpost-providers and the no 1 of the safest, encrrypted email is the swiss-based proton-mail as I use as my main email provider.Proton-mail is way better than many other email-providers and Switzerland is the country in europe with the higest, strongest security-laws in the world. As soon as you send an email from Proton mail to another Protonmail user it is encrypted and it decrypts automatically when the receiver recieves it. Protonmail also has an encrypted cloud-storage called PCloud or Proton drive, an encrypted password manager called PCloud Pass which I also use to store all my passwords to differents sites.
But Protonmail and Proton Drive is so extremely secured so if you forget the recovery-key to it you can never get access to it again so remember to copy and save the recovery code in a very safe place maybe a USB-stick or something else and make sure you dont drop the USB-stick...if you do then its goodbye forever to all your mail and password and stored files.
