My mailman is an oddball.

he is very friendly and always greets me by my first name. he also hand delivers packages to the door. the other day he knocked and announced 'mail!' so I go over to the door and I hear 'never mind'. Then he shuffles away and I hear 'mail' at another door. 😶

those g uys are so overworked that even when something they do bothers me I pretty much wouldn't dare. the other day the box was stuffed so tightly I had to literally sit there prying a package out of it and it was like should have been left at the door.

but then I thought about it and it was like long route, no wonder.
