Letter to the customer service department at DR Mowers.

Dear Miss A_&__:

I replaced the last loose self tapping bolt with 5/16 bolts and a nylon lock nut as well as in the two other accessible motor hold down locations. Those bolts must have shook out long ago.

Feel free to get together with your coworkers and fill in the blanks for my displeasure over the design of this equipment towards upper management!!


Dear sirs!

I am the unfortunate owner of one of your 26" walk behind brush mowers. From day one the device has been nothing but a design disaster waiting to happen. I frankly think it is a ____!

The team that created it were obviously ___ or a bunch of ___ over in ___ that were too busy ___! The manager for the project is likely in his office ___!!

If any one asks how I like it I can only be truthful and tell them that "I can't say enough about it!".
