Would it be rude or unprofessional to add this section to my hospitality and efficiency class layout?
I'm starting my own business and have a 20-22 page detailed summary of instructions, tips and advice for front desk staff and housekeeping for hotels. But I also want to add a page at the end for owners. I don't want to seem too smartass. But I want to mention things because most negative hotel reviews I read, doesn't always seem about bad customer service, but about the maintenance issues or stuff like peeling wallpaper or broken ice machines, stuff like that. If they choose to purchase the layout, it's 195.00 versus a in person class and evaluation at for at least 400.00 or more
