My daughter suggested a great idea for me to start my own business. Do these kind of contract workers even exist out there already?

I've been in the hotel business for 28 years (front desk) what she described sounds like a consultant. Where I would just be temporarily hired to improve any area they needed me for. The only thing I don't have experience in is marketing, setting up websites and stuff like that. The only things I can think of that I might be of help is stuff like maybe holding a meeting or presentation of hospitality, I'm also good at de-cluttering spaces. Overall, I think I'd just be good at going in the place to see what's going on and make some suggestions. But most of those things would be up to the owner if they wanted to spend money on improvements. When I really think about it, it sounds like something I'd like to do, but would someone out there really want to pay me for simple things like just giving suggestions and having a brief meeting with staff on how to improve their customer relation skills?
