Do you have a clothes drier machine? Or do you use nature's clothes drier (the sun)?

I don't have a drier machine and use the sun, but of course in periods of regular wet weather it means often the clothes washing backs up beyond one washing machine load.

I do have a fold-out drying rack (I call it my 'chinese laundry') but rarely use it.

I have a genuine Australian-made 'Austral' brand clothes line outside that I installed myself just after I bought the house to replace a horrible folding up one. It's a present-generation 'Hills Hoist' (Hills Industries is no longer an Australian owned company whereas Austral is).

I can remember my mother bringing in the clothes from the line. They were frozen stiff. I have a washer and dryer in one machine. It doesn't have a heating element or a vent. It has a heat pump and condenser so the water condenses inside the machine and is pumped into the sewer. Very energy efficient and kinda cool technology.
