will Trump sort out Americas homeless problem

i'm subscribed to a channel called invisible people on youtube which is all about the homeless problem in the U.S, from what i see it looks like quite a big problem...will president Trump sort it out?

Here's a thought. I say that all the people who are deported if they own a house or even rent an apartment it gets forfeited to homeless veterans first and then everyone else. The government should assign social workers to everyone to help with drugs, alcohol, medical needs and mental health. Why not start there there will be some empty homes somewhere.
