I only paid $16,000 for my house back in 2012

I knew what I was buying because I was already renting it for like seven years. It’s a five bedroom row house but it’s on the corner so it’s kinda like more of a half a twin. It has siding and awnings and a brick front porch. No garage no off street parking, but because I live on the corner, I have a lot more parking. It has a small yard so small it’s almost like a joke but at least it does have a Yard. It’s three stories with a full basement.
