I grew up in a 2 bd one bath house, and there were 5 of us. Was it crowded? Yeah. But we spent most of our free time outside on the spacious property, and really only used the house for sleeping, meal times, and of course, staying warm in cold months. We were a much closer family because of being in a small house like that. Another bathroom would have been nice, but ultimately I didn't hate growing up in a smaller house.

A palace is small for a king so he builds or conquers another one ..one has to live within the means they have ..1500sqft in Tokyo would be super luxury
