Set for a KC Suburb .. gives you a ball park feel. Your contractor should manage this as part of their bid .. just be sure there is some buffer capacity so you aren't marginal on performance for either temperature extreme you'll see out there.
We have 2 systems covering 3k sq ft .. replaced both in last 4 yrs.
