People love to trash someone else house to make it inhabitable to the owner to clean up.

People talk about screening tenants who want to move in, BUT what happens when good tenants move in but later bring their OWN tenants?

Everyone and their brother thinks they are going to buy real estate to rent out but I wonder how often that is even profitable?

@HoeBag The house was in good condition when it rented as Air BNB. It was after COVID so it must be rented for long term.

@Arrow17 Something else I wonder - with the type of tenants out there who rent long term (say 6 months to a year) and do a lot of damage, don't pay rent, cause problems... They probably do that every place they go, so how do they manage to keep finding places to take them in?

I do not talk to her anymore but used to have a friend who has been kicked out of several places, some of them actual apartment complexes, because of not paying rent.
